St. Stephen’s Office building was the first permanent building. Dedicated by the Rt. Rev. Clinton Quinn, III Bishop of Texas in December of 1953 this was the church until March of 1959.

After the dedication of the new church, the interior was modified for use in many different capacities over the years from nursery and Sunday School space to meeting rooms and library to its current function as the church office and meeting space.
